Ten of our diet planners at Modern Weight Loss are 14-day planners. Ten are three day diet planners and revolve around a fun diet theme. These help break up dull dieting days to add a bit of excitement!  And five of our diet planners range from 1-5 days.  All incorporate 'normal foods' that would easily be found in a normal kitchen.
