How Often Should I Weigh?

As often as you like!

Many health experts recommend weighing only once per week, because frequent weighing sessions that reflect little or no weight loss can turn into a huge Diet Balloon Popper.

On the other hand, if you're doing really well, those declining numbers may actually be a Motivation Driver.

So if you weigh once a week, once a month or every hour on the hour, be sure to keep in mind that losing weight does  take time because the body must adjust to conform with your declining weight.

Try to weigh in the morning, undressed, right after potty time, before breakfast, amid the same humidity conditions, and at about the same time every weigh-in.
