Exercise Into Your Diet Plan or Weight Loss Program
Can you lose weight without
exercising? You bet! Well....can you exercise
without losing weight? You bet! Well then....can
you exercise and still gain weight? You bet!
Well, at least
we're honest, which is more than can be said for most
of Diet Mania these days.
So yes, you
can lose weight without exercising, AND if you eat too
much even while exercising, you won't lose weight AND
if you eat an overabundance of calories, you will gain
weight even if you exercise. BUT, you'd gain less weight
than if you didn't exercise.
Cutting through
the maze, and to be frank, 'exercise' is one of
the biggest turnoffs in the Diet World. Rather
than blow off the entire thought of dieting, try
a bit of moderate exercise such as a brisk walk for
10 to 15 minutes per day.
Any activity that will get
the heart rate up will do. The rewards are great; just
ask your bathroom scales as well as your doctor at your
next check-up.
